Grandin Theatre’s Open Projector Night
Paneled by the Young Curators and the Teen Advisory Committee of the Art Museum of Western Virginia
Open Projector Night is a quarterly film screening of locally produced short films. Held at the historic Grandin
Theatre, filmmakers of all levels of experience are encouraged to submit entries for consideration. Local
filmmakers are offered a chance to showcase their work and network with other filmmakers, helping to create a
forum for them to receive feedback from their peers and the audience.
Ballots will be provided to the audience at each screening. Winning films will be screened in a “Best of” event at
the end of the year.
